About your instructor:
Heather Shillinglaw, a mixed media artist, conveys her Indigenous identity and familial oral narratives using collages that incorporate techniques such as sewing, painting, and sculpture.

The Workshop
Join us for a creative session of stitching, felting, and beading to craft your very own turtle pin. Heather will share the significance of the turtle in her art and guide you through the process with easy-to-follow, instructions suitable for all skill levels.

This is a not-for-profit event.
All proceeds go directly to the artist.
Ages 8 and up. Beginners welcome!
